We are an outpatient treatment facility serving the community and surrounding areas.
   Our hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

• We serve adults and adolescents, male and female.
• Screening - the process by which a person is determined appropriate for the program. Should it be revealed that a person has a co-occurring disorder, a referral will be made.
• Orientation - describe to the individual the general nature and goals of the program; rules governing the conduct and infractions that can lead to dismissal from the program.
• Assessment - the procedure by which the counselor/program identifies and evaluates an individual's strengths, weaknesses, problems and needs for the development of a treatment plan.
• All information dispensed to the counselor/program is strictly confidential.
